The reservation includes the entire upstairs one-bedroom loft. • This is a working cattle ranch, so guests may encounter livestock, insects, snakes, wildlife, and normal farm activity during their stay. • Please do not approach, feed, chase, or disturb livestock. Guests should not enter enclosed ranch areas or private areas of the property. • Please close all gates behind you and follow any posted signs throughout the property. • Children should be supervised around livestock, wildlife, roads, and nearby bodies of water. • The property accommodates a maximum of 8 registered overnight guests. • Reservations with 5 or more guests are subject to an additional $25 per person, per night. • A maximum of 15 people is permitted on the property at any time, including overnight guests and daytime visitors. This limit applies to the house, porch, patios, and outdoor areas. • Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. • Please respect the property, surrounding ranch, neighbors, and local community throughout your stay. • The pool and spa are reserved for the property owners and are not available to guests. • Check-in is after 3:00 PM and checkout is before 12:00 PM.
